Yes — the demo logins above are live. Both the admin panel and the staff portal are open, with sample data already loaded.
Is there a recurring fee?
No. One-time purchase, and it runs on your own server forever. No per-employee pricing and no subscription.
How many employees does it support?
There is no built-in limit. The practical ceiling is your hosting — a standard shared plan handles a few hundred staff comfortably.
Do staff need to install an app?
No. The staff portal is mobile-first and runs in any phone browser. They can add it to their home screen for an app-like icon.
What if I need a feature that is not here?
Ask before you buy. Small additions are often quick; larger ones we quote as custom work so you know the cost up front.
What does support cover?
Six months of updates and email support for installation, configuration and bugs. Customisation is quoted separately.
