Refund policy
What happens if a project stops.
Replace this with your real policy. The structure below reflects how fixed-price work usually settles, but the specifics are yours to decide.
Before work starts
If you cancel before development begins, the deposit is refunded in full.
During development
If you cancel partway through, we invoice for the work completed and refund the balance of the deposit.
After delivery
Once the project is delivered and the source code handed over, the fee is not refundable. Anything not working as specified is fixed under the included support.
